The Children's Museum Rocks!
Mama took me to the children's museum last week. Only a few people were there. Even the staff said that it was like Mama and I had rented the whole place out to ourselves. I did play with two older sisters. They were about 5 and 9 years old. They let me play "store" with them for a little while. I banged on the cash register and they helped me pick up and hold onto toy foods.
I also played with a wooden bulldozer (LOVED it!), buttons for a train conductor (they made train sounds and whistle sounds). There was also a boat with little toy lobsters in a bucket next to it (you can see me "inspecting" a lobster in one of the photos). There was even a real motorcycle that I got on and pretended to ride (LOVED that too!).
We even went when they had a routine fire drill---we had to evacuate the building and everything!
It was so much fun. We spent 2 whole hours there and the only reason that we left was because it was my nap time. I didn't look tired at all in the museum---too much to explore---but I passed out on the ride home.
I can't wait to go again!
