Acquiring a Taste for the Aquarium
Mama, Dada, and I went to the aquarium out east this Sunday, since it was such a nice day. I just love all kinds of animals. Mama even dressed me up in my "crab shirt"...which I often grab out of my dresser drawer and run around with. All of a sudden I have a thing for fish and crabs, mostly because Mama has a shirt with a cartoon fish on it (and I make my own sign language sign for fish when I see it on her) and because I have a book with a picture of a crab in it. Every time I go to the specific page in this book with the crab on it, Mama and/or Dada says, "The CRAB!" and then tickles my neck. I also get tickled when we see the character "Mr. Krabs" from the Spongebob cartoon. I've gotten so used to the tickling that my own personal sign language for crab is to cover my neck with my hand! HAHA!
Anyway...we had so much fun at the aquarium. Dada helped me see all of the exhibits that were a little too high for me, while Mama took pictures. I even got down on the ground so that I had a better view of an alligator in his tank.
I have no fear of animals; I just love them so much...especially the sting rays that jumped out of the water as I tried to pet them (it's okay, they were harmless!). I squealed so loudly that everyone around us was laughing! I can't wait to go back again!

We're not leaving, are we??!?
