A Really Good Day, Part II
After we shopped for clothes and I rode on the little train, Mama and Dada took me to see some sharks and fish. I am fascinated with sharks because I have a shark toy. I think every big fish is a shark...or maybe a whale.
I got to see starfish (which I call "Patrick" after the cartoon Spongebob's best friend). I also saw anemones, which I know from a book that we read at night, and sea horses. I neighed when I saw the sea horses. But my biggest fascination was a grey, eel-like fish called a "lung fish." Mama and Dada couldn't understand why I kept re-visiting that fish, despite all of the other, more colorful fish displays. But I couldn't resist. I really liked him. In fact, I kept hugging his tank (see picture).
I hope to go back again soon. I want to pet the sting rays again too!
