New Playdate, Old Friends

This is me at a playdate with my "old" group of 5 friends (we almost got everyone in for the picture; William jumped off the couch right before the group picture was snapped). We have known each other since I was about 6 weeks old. My how we have grown!!

We met at one of the friend's house for a dinner playdate. We played with lots of toys, ate pizza and ice-cream, and Mama sang songs for all of us (my favorites are always Itsy Bitsy Spider and The Wheels on the Bus). When I came home, I went right to bed. It was the best kind of playdate.

We hope to do it again soon!

New Friend

I had a playdate the other day where I met this girl named Alex. We immediately hit it off and started sharing pretzels, toys and even our seat (see picture). Mama could tell that I really liked Alex because as we were getting ready to leave, I tried to give Alex a very loud kiss (I smack my lips together now and kiss things that I love---blankie, certain foods, toys, the kitty cats---but usually not people).

I hope to play with Alex again soon.
