The Children's Museum Rocks!

Mama took me to the children's museum last week. Only a few people were there. Even the staff said that it was like Mama and I had rented the whole place out to ourselves. I did play with two older sisters. They were about 5 and 9 years old. They let me play "store" with them for a little while. I banged on the cash register and they helped me pick up and hold onto toy foods.

I also played with a wooden bulldozer (LOVED it!), buttons for a train conductor (they made train sounds and whistle sounds). There was also a boat with little toy lobsters in a bucket next to it (you can see me "inspecting" a lobster in one of the photos). There was even a real motorcycle that I got on and pretended to ride (LOVED that too!).

We even went when they had a routine fire drill---we had to evacuate the building and everything!

It was so much fun. We spent 2 whole hours there and the only reason that we left was because it was my nap time. I didn't look tired at all in the museum---too much to explore---but I passed out on the ride home.

I can't wait to go again!

Still Loving' My Video!

I recognize the word "video," and I even clap my hands as soon as it comes on! And everyone else that watches it thinks it's pretty cute too (the songs really get stuck in your head). It has the funniest songs about the alphabet. I love it.

(Here I am just *slightly* too close to the TV, I suppose.)

Bye, Bye, Gampa and Grandma!

They came for a quick visit but in that short time I really had a whole lot of fun---I lit up so much!

I wanted Gampa to pick me up all of the time and take me outside. He shows me birds and planes and all kinds of wonderful things. And he plays super cool games---like chase and "funny faces!" I am always watching to see what Gampa is up to next. He's too funny.

Grandma and I have a special song. I only want to dance with Grandma when it plays. I even love it when Grandma holds my hand like we're really dancing and twirls me around! Grandma also doesn't mind waking up early with me, changing my pee (and poop) diapers, walking me all over and feeding me.

(I miss them so much already!)
