Saying More Words Everyday

Everywhere I go and with everything that I do, I am learning to say more words!

Some recent examples:

"Ma" and "Pa" (For my Grandmas and Gampa)

"Oh, no!" (when something goes wrong; learned from my cousin/at school)

"Boo boo" (ouch!)

"Mine"

"Please" (learned at home)

"Nice" (when I pet the kitties nice or "do nice" to someone)

"Sorry" (what I say after I do something not so nice, after a "timeout")

"Up, down" (learned from Sesame Street)

"Bird"

"Sink" (I really like to wash my hands)

"Percy" and "Thomas" (learned from Thomas the Train DVD)

"Sarah" (this is the name of my greatgrandma's dog)

Two-Year Molars

I'm teething again, and it's not much fun. Thankfully, Mama and Dada have relaxed on the "only naptime and bedtime" rule for blankie. If they hadn't, I'd be chewing on my fingers and my clothes. It's a real pain...in the teeth!

Touch-A-Truck

Mama and Dada took me to an event at a beach that they knew I would love (and they were right!).

It was called "Touch-A-Truck." I got to sit in two big rigs and beep the horns. I also sat in a large excauvator and touched the controls. Finally, I peeked in a big dump truck and a police car. Afterwards, I played at the playground there.

It was so much fun!!!

Playdate Fun

Friends, pizza, swings, sunshine and cupcakes. What more could a kid want for a May playdate?
